Architects play a major role in early design process. REMID will work closely with architect early in the process to ensure the selected sites and design match client’s budget size. From feasibility studies, construction documents, interior design and finally punch list we will work closely together the entire time.

Engineering

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers is heart of the engine that powers the project upon completion. REMID will work closely with the MEP team to ensure the project stays within budget while being code compliant. Staying up to date with building codes and regulations can be difficult as they change regularly. Ensuring building operations operate within specification is crucial to keeping building expenses low and maintaining longevity.

Construction

The construction and project managers of REMID start after our architects and engineers have properly planned the road map of the development. Their vast networks and connections to different supplies companies make sure that we keep material cost low while maintaining quality control.

We work around the clock to ensure that the construction process is completed according the scheduled timeline, while always properly following regulation guidelines. REMID’s entire construction team is always properly licensed, insured and code compliant.
