Maintenance and Work Orders

REMID maintenance technicians ensure that all repair work can be addressed around the clock in the event of an emergency. REMID believes in taking an issue and resolving it the first time to prevent unnecessary overhead and labor cost. Whenever possible, REMID will keep work orders in house to save time, money and improve work efficiency. Unless it is an emergency, REMID will not approve of costly work orders without the prior approval of the Owner.

Accounting and Analysis

Monthly accounting reports and analysis are important to Owners as it gives assurance to our clients that the incoming cash flow to your buildings are consistent and high while REMID keeps the expenses and vendor costs at a minimum.

REMID works hard to ensure that every tenant is invoiced in a timely fashion pursuant to their respective lease terms, while using effective bookkeeping and technology to keep tenant defaults and late payments in check.

Following all monthly reports, our clients can expect to hear from our experts an analysis of their building and what expectations can be set from the building based on current real estate news and market demands.
